ABOUT ME

I discovered hypnosis by chance ten years ago, an encounter that can only be described as love at first sight. I then immersed myself into the world of altered states of consciousness, practising in Belgium, France and Spain. Following several trainings at ARCHE (the Research and Knowledge Academy in Ericksonian Hypnosis in Paris), I ended up drawing a map of the world during an automatic writing workshop. Understanding it as a sign I needed to listen to, I started travelling the world for 5 years. Shamanic experiences in the Amazon rainforest, spiritual guides in Asia and their singing bowls, the practice of yoga and reiki on several continents as well as many meditation retreats have since enriched my practice and my life. Back in Europe, I completed an additional course at Ceshum (the French school of transpersonal therapy) while offering hypno-sessions online. This year-long training program focuses on the similarities between shamanism and Ericksonian hypnosis. It highlights the importance of benevolence and intuition in therapy. I also make time for other projects, such as the guided self-hypnosis videos I share on Youtube, and the classes I give every month in Brussels, among other things.
